1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By subscribing to this service (the “Subscription”), you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Agreement”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Subscription, including all associated features, content, and benefits. By completing the subscription purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

2. BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
2.1 Subscription Fees
The Subscription is offered on a recurring thirty (30) day billing cycle at a rate of Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($500.00 USD) per thirty (30) days, plus any applicable sales tax or other charges as required by applicable law.

2.2 Authorization for Recurring Charges
By providing a valid payment method and completing the subscription process, you authorize the Company (the “Provider”) to charge the applicable Subscription Fee to your designated payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle, unless and until the Subscription is canceled in accordance with Section 3 below.

2.3 Taxes and Additional Fees
All fees stated are exclusive of any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, including but not limited to sales, use, value-added, or other similar taxes. You are responsible for the payment of any such taxes in addition to the Subscription Fee.

3. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
3.1 Subscriber-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting customer support. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid incurring additional charges.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

The Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your Subscription in the event of (i) non-payment, (ii) a violation of this Agreement, or (iii) any other conduct deemed unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive. In the event of termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the effective date of termination.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The Provider reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the Subscription pricing, features, and terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Such modifications shall take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Subscription after the effective date of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

5. REFUND POLICY
All Subscription Fees are non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law. The Provider does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription periods, account downgrades, or failure to cancel prior to renewal.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your Subscription, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in the Provider’s designated jurisdiction, as specified in the full Terms of Service.
